1. Description of Goods and Services

Skydive Operations (Pty) Ltd, trading as Skydive Two Oceans, operates in the adventure tourism industry, providing tandem skydiving experiences and related services in South Africa. Full details of our current packages, pricing, and inclusions are published on our packages page.

2. Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, booking requests will be processed and confirmed within 1 business day by way of a booking voucher and confirmation email sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Because the offering is an on-site experience rather than a physical product, no courier or postal delivery applies.

3. Export Restriction

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

4. Returns and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Skydive Operations (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Skydive Operations (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Cancellation of orders by the client will attract an administration fee equal to all or part of the deposit paid, as set out in our Booking Terms & Conditions (Cancellation Policy). Because the offering is an experience rather than a physical product, there are no goods to return.

5. Customer Privacy Policy

Skydive Operations (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “Personal Information” shall be defined as detailed in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). 6. Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, or by bank electronic funds transfer (EFT) into our bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

7. Card Acquiring and Security

Card transactions will be acquired for Skydive Operations (Pty) Ltd via Payfast by Network who are the approved payment gateway for all South African acquiring banks. Payfast by Network uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no card details are stored on the website. 8. Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by Skydive Operations (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on Payfast by Network’s secure site. For more detail on Payfast’s refund and card-data handling, please see https://payfast.io/.

9. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

10. Responsibility

Skydive Operations (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

11. Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Skydive Operations (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, the following address: 9 Lancaster Crescent, Duynefontein, Cape Town, 7441.

12. Variation

Skydive Operations (Pty) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
