Do I need any experience to tandem skydive?

No experience required! Tandem skydiving is designed for first-time jumpers. Your world-class, internationally accredited instructor handles all the technical aspects. You just need to follow basic instructions during training and enjoy the ride!

Yes, for safety reasons the maximum weight limit is 100kg (220lbs). This is a strict requirement due to equipment limitations and safety regulations.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsuitable for jumping (high winds, rain, low clouds), we will reschedule your jump at no extra cost. We will contact you as early as possible if we need to postpone.

How long does the whole experience take?

Plan to be at our facility for approximately 3-4 hours. This includes check-in, safety briefing, gearing up, the flight to altitude, your jump, and landing. The actual freefall is about 30-60 seconds depending on your chosen altitude, followed by a 5-7 minute parachute ride.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, casual clothing that you can move freely in. Avoid loose items like scarves. Wear closed, lace-up shoes (no sandals or slip-ons). We provide jumpsuits, goggles, and all necessary equipment.

Absolutely! Friends and family are welcome to come and watch. We have a viewing area where they can see you land. Spectators do not need to pay an entrance fee.

Your media files will be available for download within 24-48 hours after your jump. You will receive an email with a secure link to access your files. Downloads are available for 90 days.

Yes, you can reschedule your booking once at no extra charge, provided you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled jump time. Contact us to arrange a new date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 14+ days before your jump date receive a full refund. Cancellations 7-13 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations by S2O are always fully refundable or can be rescheduled.
